RESEARCH TOPICS

Metabolism provides the building blocks for growth, cures for countless threats, but also signals to orchestrate growth and defence. Understanding how it works will allow us to better understand the performance of plants, a knowledge that we can use to improve cultivated species but also agricultural practice. A physiologist by training, I am interested in collecting information at multiple levels, from gene expression to yield or resistance, and in integrating these data through bottom-up and top-down modelling approaches.
