RECHEARCH TOPICS

I am in charge of setting up a technical platform using viruses as vectors for gene expression or extinction (VIGS) in plants.
The aim is to validate and implement the routine use of viral vectors adapted to each of the UMR BFP model species, for transient expression or VIGS (Virus induced gene silencing) in different plant organs depending on the research topics (leaves, flowers, fruits, etc.).
